Late delivery on order that website & confirmation said that product delivery is today. Not only is it not coming in today, but the person I spoke with was shall we say indifferent about it. Never have I had this experience with HSN after 8 or 9 years of shopping with them. It wouldn’t have been an issue if someone would have communicated saying the delivery is running late because of the weather or something. I got no communication whatsoever.
I am not happy about the customer service I received at all. I have dealt with them in the past & always felt like I was scared for. I felt like I was processed & then I was putting her out of her way. It’s not just what you say, but how the message is delivered.
Something to think about. I know that I will think twice before making a large purchase thru HSN again.
