Why does it take so long for the app and I show the on air item?
This has nothing to do with wife connection, since the change in the forums the live feed isn’t so live. The live feed is 6-8 hours old no matter what browser you choose on a mobile device. If you click on most recently aired, it displays the correct items which have nothing to do with the feed.
I’m sorry you are experiencing a lag time on the app. I will forward your feedback on. Have you checked your WiFi connection, or to see if you have the latest version of the app ? If that still doesn’t work, I would suggest to click “Provide Feedback” on the HSN Mobile app Account menu to report the issue.
