Lack of care
So I went to order a Dyson air purifier from hsn using my NetSpend debit card. No where does it say they do not accept these cards. I placed the expensive order and it came back with instantly that it could not complete the transaction and the order was cancelled. Yet 2 minutes later the money comes off my card. Contacted customer support and she informed me I couldn’t use that card and that she was sorry and that it could take 1-30 days to get my money back to me but usually 3 days. So now I am out $100 for who knows how long and have no product either. When I told her the response of just sorry wasn’t good enough she said that’s all I can provide you I gave you the timeframe for your money to be returned. Um how about you change your website so that no one else has to go through this and be out money for how long. It may be a prepaid card but it is a debit card which they have a spot for you to check and it had a bank account and routing number and I’m a previous buyer. I mean the least you could do would be to offer me a credit that I could use on a purchase for the inconvenience because it’s clearly the sites fault for not listing that info and making the customer aware.
HSN also needs to take the “5-7 days delivery” off of the website, period.
It is taking that long and longer just to pack something?
Not good to say you will and you don’t deliver?
Bad Treatment going on.
Your payment methods simply say debit card with Visa or MasterCard logo. My card says Debit Visa on it and I have a bank account and routing number for it…so????? What am I missing?

I also see that our system has sent an electronic request regarding the authorization on your account. Sadly, the time frame as to when the funds become available is dependent upon your financial institution.
