Kudos to Customer Service!
As my UPS delivered item was apparently removed/stolen from my front door, I called CS to ask basically, if I purchased another, could I change the delivery options, so perhaps a signature could be required?
As CS confirmed it had been delivered, before I could even ask my question, I was told they would ship out another. They couldn’t change the shipping, but I’d get another chance to actually receive my order!
By the time I got off the phone, they order was already processing. No Charge.
