I was able to purchase a Perlier product that I have been wanting but was always “sold out” until today – plus I was given a $5.00 credit for the Perlier White Honey bath cream that “sold out” eventhough I had it on “extended delivery” :womanhappy:

How do you sign up for auto ship for the Anna Griffin?
I do not do FB, so had no idea why there was a delay. I am a very patient person usually but totally disagree the way HSN handled this. It would have been nice if HSN sent out an email explaining the delay.I did not even get notice that there was a delay. Do not approve therefor have cancelled my order as I am not about to wait to see if they send it now or in 6 months.
A lot of people asked about this on Anna’s FB page. She stated there was a customs delay, but all was back on track and they should be shipping soon. I’m on this autoship, too and I know it is frustrating, but I’ve found Anna’s products well worth waiting for. Please don’t do anything drastic and miss out on something great. If you cant use them this Valentine’s Day, there is always next year and Anna’s products are usually really versatile for other uses and seasons. Remember it has this beautiful lattice frame and ribbon that would work for other holidays and occasions.
I was just looking at my order status & just noticed that indeed they changed the delivery date from 12/28/15 to April. Found this very confusing until I saw your note. I will be canceling mine as I am not pleased at all.
