Defective Hamilton Beach Grill Item above already returned and received via UPS delivery using the prepaid return label, so 3rd business day to receive refund for $ 48.79 is this Monday, July 16th, 2018.
HSN kindly process the $48.79 full refund back to my Visa Card on file on 7/16/2018, and many thanks as per HSN_Jordan’s previous reply to me I included below….
“Everything has been noted and forwarded to our Leadership Team. The EZ Return Label, has been waived and your refund will be processed when the item has been returned to our warehouse. You should receive a refund 72 business hours after processing”.

Hi @redman1, I see that the refund was processed by the system on 7/12/18. Please allow 72 business hours to see the refund reflected in your account. Once a refund has been processed and released to your financial institution, it would be up to them with regards to the time frame it is made available to you. I would recommend checking with them.
