Kindle Twin Pack
I ordered the two Kindle package. One has a blue cover, and one has a black cover.
The blue cover Kindle works just fine. This one happens to be the one I use.
The black cover Kindle cannot hold a charge, and it is difficult to turn on to use.
I was told there are no more Kindles in stock.
I do not understand why the buyer’s cannot get involved and create a replacement purchase order.
I now have to return both Kindles. I also have to wait 5 to 7 days for a “special label” from the HSN partner.
I was offered 20% off to keep both. That is an insult! I can get one working Kindle cheaper than that anywhere else.
Also, all these freebies are a joke as they did not work for the trail period as advertised on the card. They all want money without a trail period.
The non-working Kindle was a Christmas gift. This makes me feel bad as I take great pride in the gifts that I have given.This Kindle offering has been a total fiasco, and it reflects badly on QVC/HSN.

Yes, I found it disturbing that managers overlooked my post for help for days.
I still do not not understand why the buyers cannot order in more Kindle Twin Packs.
Between one badly working Kindle, free trail goodies that do not exist, and the apathetic attitude by managers this has been an eye opening experience on how HSN conducts business.

@skittles135, sorry to see that nobody replied to your post! With the item being out of stock, we unfortunately don’t have any replacements available to replace your order with. I truly apologize for the inconvenience. I do show that your return label was sent out on January 3 so it should be arriving soon. Once it arrives, ship the order back to us and we’ll be happy to issue a full refund.
I do not understand why there has not been a response.
