Keith Urban Electric Acoustic Guitar – Defective
I purchased this Urban electric acoustic guitar several years ago (2014, I believe), but didn’t have time to play it until I recently retired.
The guitar has sharp metal frets that have sliced my thumb to shreds. As such the guitar is not playable and it is defective.
The frets are cut at an angle which makes them razor sharp on the top and bottom of each metal fret.
Please help me!!!
, it’s sad to hear you just discovered a defect with the guitar. This purchase has passed the 30 day return period and I was unable to locate your HSN account registered to your nickname. Please send me a Private Message with your account phone # or order # so I can see if there is manufacturer’s warranty available. For security, don’t post this information in Community.
I believe you to be correct Kemiqueen. The RFID chip does look different and many of them do not have it. My CC company rep I just spoke to told me that my card does not have the RFID chip. The chip on my card has an oval shape in the middle with two lines on each sid of it, that is not an RFID chip.
The chip on the card is to make the card safer. The machines in the store have to read that chip and you have to enter a code or something. As I said in my post it’s the magnetic strip on the back that holds all of our info.
Thanks for keepin’ it real.
