Keep Selling – Oversold
I recurring theme lately is the number of items/orders that are ‘in packaging’ for a long long time, especially some of the auto-ships. Especially in the Craft area. Every now and then, there is some honesty from someone who admits that the item is over-sold and HSN is waiting for more. This is a bad business practice and should not happen. An auto ship was supposed to ship mid September. I get an email with a new expected delivery of February 2019 for the 1st auto ship. Not sure what that means for the others. I have little trust now in HSN, especially anything to do with Auto-ship. Why do you keep selling something when you don’t have enough product to fill the orders?
Hi @emt1404, I took a look at that order and see that it is currently being processed at the warehouse getting ready to be shipped to you. I apologize for the concern that was caused by the expected delivery date on your order. Once it ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.
