I ordered 2 warmers and an extra scent. Diring the show they kept bragging about how long the scents would last. Within 3 hours, the scent was GONE. When I contacted customer service via phone, the stories changed and I was told that it wasnt meant to last very long. Some scents were stronger than others and would last longer.
I expected more than that and when I asked if they could adjust my sccount for a credit – NOPE. However I could send the remaining melts back. 10 for 6 scents and now I have to pay even more??
