I already spoke to an agent and am getting a replacement mop BUT, does or did anyone else have trouble getting the mop to ‘drop’ and work? I tried following the included instructions, many times, watched the video, read the reviews, but still could not get it to ‘loosen’ up enough to funcion!
I really want this mop, so am getting a replacement, but hoped someone could give me a helpful hint on how to start using it out of the box!!!
One reviewer said it took her 30 min to figure out to hold metal and plastic, but this did not work for me. My wrists and neck are sore!!!
I even took the mop head off because it kept twisting with the handle(s). Still could not get it to loosen enough to function.
Thank you, I will 🙂
Well, Short Diva, it makes me reluctant to buy anything from this line. A 30" inseam would be bad enough, but she has catered to the tallest minority of customers and left most of us to buy pants that don’t fit. I am not considering anmything of hers for that reason. How many do they expect to sell? If it’s a lot, why is there only this one inseam that would be too long on most. I even saw a model on whom it was long, hanging down onto her spike heel. No Yummi for me! I will not buy stuff that must be hemmed. Seriously, who is going to wear these casual leggings with high heels?
