on January 15, 2016 my husband took the Joy mop and Joy bucket to the USPS for return after I spoke with the HSN customer service about the issues. The postal service would not accept the Bucket, because it had to be returned UPS. So he left the mop with USPS and on the following Wed we took the bucket to the UPS in Broken Arrow OK. The bucket has been received at the return location, but the mop has not been refunded and the additional payment is to be taken out today. Is there a back up in processing the Joy mops, or is it just lost in the many Joy mops that were returned? Please advise
I feel your pain on the returns issue – I got a GoPro camera and it just wasn’t the right camera for me, so I go to return it – no easy returns, OK, I go to the PO website, address undeliverable (same address on address label)?? So I have to go out to Staples this week to avoid a pick up fee from UPS on top of shipping. Hope your issue is resolved soon.
, refunds can take up to 8 days to process once we receive the item back. I haven’t heard of any delays in our refund process at this time. When I checked your order, it seems the second payment was charged on 1/17. If you can provide me the return tracking number, I can check on your refund.
Oh, OK! … Thanks, Massha.
I don’t think I need it but my nieces/ nephews might benefit from it. – I’ll ask their mothers.
I appreciate the Info!
Kindle is an e-reader by Amazon. You can read books you buy from Amazon on it.
But Kindle Fire is pretty much a multi-function tablet. At $50, it does not really do that much, not like an iPad or $500 Android. But you can play some games and browse the Internet and watch videos and Skype with your grandchildren – or grandparents, and check for coupons when you are in a store – and of course read books. Personally, I prefer reading my books on paper, or if e-reader – on one that has no back light. Back light bothers my eyes. Amazon sells special Kindle Paperwhite that I would buy; interestingly, it is $120.
Kindle Fires 7" 8 GB like the ones in TS sell at $49 on Amazon; which makes the TS *with free shipping* (unless you got an Amazon Prime) *and free cases!* a better deal. Also, you get flex pay on HSN if that’s important. On Amazon you get 5, get 6th free which is a very weird number, who buys that many.
