JOY MANGANO LUGGAGE WARRANTY ???
I purchased a piece of rolling luggage from Joy, and it didn’t hold up at all during the first trip. It came with a 10 year Limited Warranty – I’m not sure if my complaint would be covered, but I’d love the chance to find out.
Has anyone had any luck contacting Joy’s Customer Service?
I have been trying unsuccessfully for over 4 weeks. No on answers the 800 number, I left several messages that have not been returned, emails are not answered and facebook messages are ignored. HSN Customer Service says they can’t do anything and that I need to contact Joy’s Customer Service. But Joy’s Customer Service doesn’t seem to exist. Does anyone have any tips on contacting Joy? Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I thought I was the only one that felt lost after trying to get anywhere with JM cust svc. I bought the rolling duffle through HSN and used it twice on weekend trips. One of the handles broke off and I was told that it was covered under warranty and that I needed to send IDL clear photos plus my info and info on order which i did THREE times without a response. When I called IDL “Megan” told me it wasn’t covered because it was considered normal wear and tear. I offered to send photos that showed a brand new condition pc. of luggage but she said she couldn’t receive emails. Huh? So I asked to speak to the a supervisor and was told there wasn’t one and that she was as far as I could go. Again, huh? I asked if she was the corporate officer for IDL/Joy Mangano and, “No,” was the response. Nothing more. When I saidI was initially told this was covered, she said that she represented the new CS company and there was nothing and no one I could speak to. I called HSN…they said, “call IDL back we can’t do anything.” Terrible IDL customer service and bad business practices from HSN who, I’m sure, has made plenty of money from Joy Mangano’s products. I am 70 yrs. old and not rich. I was hoping to buy another piece of JM luggage from HSN but never again! SO, BUYER BEWARE IF YOU INTEND TO BUY JOY MANGANO LUGGAGE!
I too have had horrible customer service with this company, My luggage is almost ruined and I’ve only used it once. Airport baggage handling has ruined the fabric. All I want is to simply get another color or even a different kind. Or if I can get my money back that would be great! The warranty is horrible. It’s hard to even get a reply via email and the phone customer service keeps you on hold forever. I am never purchasing anything else from Joy’s company.
Call the warranty # on CD page, ask to speak to a supervisor. Joys traveling as per her saying promoting book I guess. Nevertheless, I had a problem similar to yours with a 2 week span, and did this, HSN took care of it for me, different vendor smaller item. Have you looked to see if the warriors under SquareTrade? That’s the vendor they use for warranties. I’m sure u kept the papers that I cut off suitcase, might be phone number or info email on label?
But if call HSN warranty Nbr ask for supervision and explain your issue.

Lately they have been having some inclement weather which has caused them to close while the weather passed.
