I called few weeks ago regarding the Apple Watch I received. The charger isn’t working so I can’t use the watch. The lady said this is something that would come directly from Apple. So told me she put in a replacement but I still haven’t gotten it. Little upset because I can’t use the watch .

, it looks like the vendor has requested that you contact them directly for assistance with getting your cord. You can reach them by calling 1-800-692-7753.
Perhaps China allows them to be shipped to other countries by aircraft or vessels; however, once here the US does not allow further shipping via these methods.
They are made in China so I guess they are delivered by raft or drone!
I have a question….If it cannot be shipped by air or vessel how did it get here? I am sure it was not made in the US.
