Item Stuck in Packaging – TWICE
I purchased a sports item late November along with a sports coin and two necklaces. The coin and two necklaces were packaged, shipped, and delivered and it said the sports item was still packaging. From there I emailed customer service and they ended up re-issuing the item for me. Well in the mean time I purchase something else and it has already shipped and AGAIN, even with the re-issue of the sports item it is still “packaging”. As is, the item is already arriving far later than I needed it for and I am concerned it just won’t ever ship like the first order. I’ve contacted again , via, email and they said it was rare for this to happen- but it seems like it’s happening again and it is extremely frustrating.
