Item Stuck in Packaging- Ordered TWICE, now cancelled b/c "sold out"
I wrote earlier about how my item was stuck in packaging. Well, I ordered the first on November 18th and then had a re-issued ordered the 29th because the first one was stuck in packaging. I received an email this morning saying my order was canceled because the item is “sold out” but when I look at the item right now it doesn’t say it is sold out.
Why did the site, TWICE, let me get a sold out item and then take weeks to tell me it was sold out!?!?
