Item sold w/lifetime technical support
Ipurchased the magic Flash drive for 4 of my computers. This was sold through HSN with a lifetime of Technical Support. There are issues! When you insert the flash drive, nothing happens, when you call the phone number provided on the flash drive, it is out of order. This is an item you had to purchase one for each compter and it is an item that was sold by HSN. I now have 4 flash drives that I paid HSN for that you can no longer get the lifetime customer support that was promised when the item was sold. If HSN cannot provide A LIFETIME item they sell, then they need to stop representing it as a lifetime item and refund the money that I am out. I will no longer purchase an item from HSN that they represent with "LIFETIME" promised, such as fixit stick, computers, security device etc. Some of the items you can still get support on, but what about months to follow? How do I get a refund on this product?
I agree with you completely!! HSN does not stand behind there products and I am done with them. I rather deal with QVC. I order a laptop with lifetime tech support. I have had the product for almost a year. I get ready to use my tech support and then told that I need an activation code. Well, I do not have one and dont remember getting one. Now they trying to figure out can they get me another one. I don’t understand what there is to figure out. I bought the product and service get a new code so I can use what I paid for!!!
I called the number that was provide by you. This was not a good number for the product that was sold. To get past the press1 or 2 or 3 and so on you need a key code, and the item that was sold did not have a key code, it had an activation code and a password. You also state that this is not your product, I don’t understand what you mean by that, I was sold by HSN and I purchased over 4 of them. I have canceled my orders from yesterday,and that will be the last I order from HSN. I dont understand how has can sell a product with a lifttime service and not honor it. That would be like selling the vipre or fixme stick with a life time of service or the HP comuters with lifetime customer support. How can you sell a product like that and continue to sell other products and then later say it was not one of your products. I did locate one receipt and provided you that information, that verified it was an HSN product or at least sold by HSN. I just hope people understand now when they purchase something with a lifetime of something from HSN, that does not mean it is for a LIFETIME. To me that is faulse advertising. I will no longer shop HSN, and will be conntacting CORPORATE and BBB. This item was sold with Life of commuter Membership!, thats all I have to say, cecept Hello QVC.
HOWEVER, IT WAS A PRODUCT THAT HSN SOLD WITH A LIFETIME SUPPORT. I BELIEVE I WILL BE DONE WITH HSN. THEY SHOULD NOT SELL SOMETHING WITH LIFETIME SUPPORT IF IT IS NOT A LIFEITME. I WILL GO INTO MY ACCOUNT AND CANCEL MY PURCHASES FOR TODAY. HAVE A GREAT DAY
i have been trying to figure out how to send a private message and have had no luck. I did find one of the receipts. item 117247 ord 0645622859. I purchase so any things from hsn, I cannot keep all the receipts. I happen to have this receipt in one of the packages that I have no opened to use yet.

I watched that today to…it’s interesting (I have a Blendtec and NutriBullet Pro).
My feeling is, the more power the better…the timed cycles were a good development and the addition of the 32oz cup.
I do love the machines I have so am set for a few years!
