Item shipped 4/26/17 not received yet
I had an item ship 4/26 but it has not been received and when I track it it only reads “initiated”. How do I find out where my package is?

@toots1969 – I have issued the refund back to your original method of payment. You should see the refund reflected into your account within 72 business hrs from tomorrow’s date.
As for the shipping, this item did ship, but something may have happened between the warehouse and UPS hub that we will certainly have looked into.
Hi. The item that I ordered 4/26 and subsequently was credited for because it never arrived, arrived yesterday. How do I return but not be credited again?
