this item was ordered and paid extra for 2nd day delivery. I prepaid for this to be sent and received late. This was returned and has been received and tracked that It was returned. please refund this as it was paid out of pocket for the overnight and first payment from my funds. I need my funds now. I purchased this in good faith that I would get it in time for what I needed and it did not so I had to go and purchase local, so I am out not only these funds but the funds I had to purchase local.

I have already prepaid for all of my February flex payments and do not intend for this payment to hit my account and will be very angry if it does.
@judiwonder, I’ve issued a refund of $20.06. Please allow 3-5 days for your bank to reflect these funds. The remaining FlexPays cancelled in the next couple of days. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to assist.
OK this has been 8 day and still not refund. I will be very upset if this goes on and I am charged another monthly payment and the other payments have not been refunded to date. I am really not happy with the way this has been handled and am not happy with HSN. I am the one being punished here and I purchased this with good intentions. HSN did not hold up to their agreement and get this item to me at the date it was promised to as I had paid for it to be delivered and it should be refunded immediately as it has been returned and signed for.
This tells me the honest way that I can now trust HSN. I paid to get an item to me in a certain amount of time and it did not make it there. My husband could not leave the hospital without the cane. I had to go local and purchase a cane for after his surgery. You don’t know how difficult this made it. I purchase it through HSN because I did not have the time to go and purchase one at a local store due to living in the country and not being able to get to a store local. Wrong, I can not trust HSN. Now I cannot trust to get my funds in a timely manner. AS you can see I have not purchased anything since, now will I , I will not be using my HSN credit card and will not have any future use for it. I will get it paid off and close out the account along with my QVC acct. I will no longer be needing it. It seems as though the shopping channel is going down hill
So this is the way HSN treats their HSN preferred customers. I paid to get this expedited in a certain day and this was not sent in a timely manner. I was out the funds and it was not delivered as promised. I had to purchase this again in a local store due to a surgery that my husband had and needed the cane and could not leave the hospital without it. I was out the funds twice. I cannot trust HSN to get the items as promised. That tells me a lot about the honesty of HSN. I don’t guess I will be needing my HSN card in the future. As you can tell I have not used my card or made any other purchase since then.
this is the 18th and still no refund!!
