Item not received
I received an email to review 514-811 Vince Camuto caged sandals but I never received them! I just checked my order history and they are showing delivered. Help!
Hi VelveteenRabbit7! It looks like this was left with a received at your address named ‘Kunwar’. Is this anyone you would know? If not let me know and i’ll report it and issue a refund for you. Unfortunately these are completely sold out, so a replacement is not possible.
No idea who that person is, lol. No one at this address except me!

I’m also waiting on the LG 65 inch tv that was the special value for 10/9/2017. I received an automated scheduling call on 10/14/2017, (CEVA) which I had never heard of informing me that l0/17/2017 between 9am and 1pm was available for delivery and I accepted that date and time. I called the delivery service’s customer service( googled CEVA to get the info) on 10/17/2017 prior to the scheduled delivery time to find out if the delivery would be closer to 9am or later and the rep could not tell me. She stated that the driver would call 30 to 45 minutes prior to arrival. I received a call from CEVA Logistics located in Odenton, Md. at 11:00am on 10/17/2017 stating that there would be no delivery and that the shipment was stuck in Georgia and that they didn’t know when the shipment would arrive, it could take a few more days. I told her that their customer service didn’t mentioned that there was a problem and she replied that it should have been noted in the file. They were very unprofessional and could care less that they had inconvenienced me.
Now this company is suppose to specialize in “large item and large value home deliveries”. I goggled reviews for this company and they have a lot of really bad reviews and BBB has comments on them also.. I called HSN to let them know on 10/17/2017 that the shipment had not arrived. In the future I will find out who is delivering the items and if it is this company I will not buy it. Still waiting to hear from them. I will see what happens this week.
P.S. For those of you who received your TV, you were lucky.
