Item not marked as a return
I sent back the item under order # xxxxxxxxxx. Item status is still showing as “Delivered” instead of “Returned. I called several times and even spoke with 2 rude supervisors; one named Raymond and another one who I cannot remember the name and was told each time “your money was refunded and I do not know why this item is still showing as delivered but not returned. There is nothing else we can do for you today. When an item was an exchange and being returned it will never show as a return on our website.” I know this statement is false because I returned a pair of BZEES shoes that was an exchange and both the original pair and the exchange pair have a returned status showing on my account.
The package was received by HSN yesterday. There were multiple items on the package. All ARE MARKED AS “RETURNED” EXCEPT FOR THE MAXI DRESS. why????

If an item was returned and item was received by HSN then it should be marked as returned. Plain and simple.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

I’m truly sorry for any concern caused by this delay, @cmd1! I know how important every penny can be and I would like to help. Thank you for providing the Order Number. It was refunded on 6/21 and you should see that refund within 72 hours. I apologize that it hasn’t updated online. That is odd, however I can assure you that the refund has been initiated. When you return multiple items, it can take up to an additional week for all items in the box to be processed.
Thank you Angela. Honestly, it is too much of a hassle shopping at HSN these days. Something needs to be done about making returns easier for the customer. Please pass this one to the appropriate person/return department head.
I guess the good old HSN days are gone! Well, so will be all the $ I am spending shopping here.
