Item arrived damaged, how to exchange?
My most recent order (Emma Skye Popcorn Set) arrived damaged – one of the black stones on the side of the bracelet clasp is missing. Would it be possible to exchange it for an undamaged, new one?
This is the first time I have ever had to return/exchange anything. Could you please advise me as to the best course of action? May I use the same bubble envelope to return the item? I opened the envelope using the easy open tab, so I should be able to seal it again with packing tape. May I simply put the return label on top of the existing one?

I mailed the damaged item back using the EZ return label. Thank you again for your help! ??
However, I have a couple of further questions.
1) I usually use my app, but decided to log on to the full site. In the full site, there are links for ‘return/exchange’. But I also see on my history that the replacement you set up is on its way. Do I still need to click the ‘return/exchange’ button for the damaged one in my order status? It is still showing as ‘delivered’
2) Will I be able to see/track the item I returned using HSN or should I check usps.com? I noted the tracking number on the return label.
3) Lastly, will I be charged the $6.95 shipping for exchanging a damaged item?

orangie-meow, I’m sorry your order arrived damaged. I have set up an exchange to be sent to you. You should have the new set by 9/26. As long as you think the envelope is secure that would be fine. I would probably tape the opening just to make sure it didn’t reopen during shipment. You can put the EZ Return Label over the original label. Just make sure the original label is completely covered. , I checked on your order from last November for the Serious Skincare Beauty Book Volume VIII and am not showing that the item came with any type of magazine subscription. I truly apologize for any confusion.
