item# 613-965 Wrong refund amount please read and release the difference to Visa
Unfortunately this is a continuing saga.
I already posted about this defective return here on the Community Customer Service forum, but HSN placed an incorrect refund of $10.89 back to my Visa card on July 16th, 2018 instead of the correct refund amount which is $40.41 for this defective Aroma multicooker air fryer – Between both figures I am out $29.52.
The incorrect refund of $10.89 appears under my HSN.com account, and in my Visa debit card Bank checking account.
The correct refund amount posted back to my Visa Card should have been the 1st HSN flex payment which was $40.41.
The defective product UPS return is still in transit and should reach its return destination soon.

My UPS carrier took the defective item from my hands and scanned it into his UPS device, and placed it in his UPS truck for return to sender.
As soon as the defective item is delivered back to the sender please release my remaining difference of $29.52 which HSN still owes me, and kindly refund my Visa Card on file the remaining refund amount of $29.52, and many thanks.

So sorry I forgot about the $10.89 refund, and why it was refunded to me.
The defective multi cooker by Aroma item is still in UPS Ground return transit as of today, and will arrive back to the sender soon, at which time I look forward to seeing the remainder of my Visa Card refund, and many thanks HSN_Krissy for your very informative reply:).
Hi @redman1, I don’t see where we’ve received the item as of yet in our warehouse. If you recall in a previous conversation, the $10.89 was to offset the difference in cost from when you originally ordered the item and your most recent order. Please allow 8 days from the date in which we receive the return to see your refund issued to you.
