Item 613-965 arrived defective so returning for full refund.
Hi HSN Customer Service:
As I already posted under the Community Forum Customer Service Category, this item just arrived earlier today, and is defective.
There are 3 very dangerous and valid reasons for returning this defective item which are the following:
When closed the top lid and bottom of the Aroma Multicooker Air Fryer do not close completely. There is a space between them which allow the heat when cooking to escape, and condensation to build up if used in this defective manufacturing state. Also it would be very dangerous and too hot to handle and use this Aroma item in this defective state.
On your HSN televised presentations all three black, red,, and white Aroma Multicookers and Air Fryers show the top lids and bottom of multicookers completely closed when in the lid down position and used in all of the HSN cooking presentations.
Additionally I had already contacted the Manufacturer a few days ago and was told the halogen bulb is not replaceable so when it burns out it becomes a throw away item, and for grand total of $152.37, that is just too much money to pay for a HSN Aroma defective and throw away portable cooking appliance item.
In view of all the above I listed I expect a full refund of 1st HSN Flex pay back to Visa Card for $40.41 with no return charges whatsoever since the item is defective and dangerous for safe consumer use.
I will be using the UPS ground enclosed prepaid return label and hand it to our UPS carrier who will scan it into his UPS device and mark it as defective, and place it in his UPS truck for UPS Ground return to shipper.
HSN please reply advise when you receive this defective item back, and when I have received my HSN Flex Pay refund posted to my Visa Card on file at HSN, and I thank you in advance.

I forgot to include that I never opened this defective item to try it out when it arrived, because I knew it was defective from the top and bottom of this multi cooker not being closed and leaving a large space so heat and condensation would accumulate making it dangerous to safely use for any HSN consumer.
Therefore it was returned unused due to it being dangerous and defective for consumer safety usage.
