Concierge Collection Barnum 8-piece Solid Turkish Cotton Towel Set

Purchased May 30th 2018 and HSN Supervisor stated she would extend the period to return the defective towel set up to the end of July since I now must wait for the USPS prepaid return shipping label to come in the mail so I can return this defective towel set back to HSN using USPS and receive a full refund back to my original method of payment which is my Visa Debit card on file.
Via telephone call the HSN Rep made notes for this under my HSN.com account, so if need be please read them…..
Still need written replies with answers to these questions please…
1) Please advise what date did, or will, the USPS prepaid shipping label ship out to me using regular mail service?
2) What is the approximate arrival date for the prepaid return USPS shipping label to arrive in the mail to me?
3) Upon receiving the defective item back please apply the paid HSN visa card payment(s) back as credits to the debit Visa Card on file @ HSN.com, which was used with regards to the original payment preferred method I use on HSN for all of my HSN purchases.
4) Also please notify via email when item was received and credit refund posted to debit Visa Card on file with HSN, and many thanks!
What should I circle as reason for return since HSN misrepresentation is not listed, but that is exactly what transpired? (HSN C.S. Rep promised prepaid return labels would be included in with this towel set, and they were not, so I could not gift it to a wheelchair bound disabled person and instead had to call HSN and explain this again, and get a UPS ground prepaid return label, which came earlier today in the mail.)
Please reply asap so I can hand this item to my UPS Ground carrier and he can scan it in and accept the item to ship back to address on the UPS ground prepaid return label, so my Visa debit card on file with HSN is refunded the original method of payment, with no return charges taken out at all since this was an HSN C.S. deliberate misrepresentation, and this should have never occurred.
