is customer service available?
kyle responded to my original post and then I responded back and then nothing; not the first time this has happened….please don’t ignore me and respond back. The ring I purchased was a Christmas gift for someone which I now have to replace. If the item wasn’t available why wasn’t the order just cancelled? There is no way someone mistook a tube of hand cream for a ring. they just found an item around the same size and weight and mailed it.
I understand, @jazzy333, and I’m sorry that your order was unable to be canceled. We do our best to get orders out to you as quickly as possible, the downside is that there is less time to cancel. The Shipping invoice should have all the information on it that you need for the return. I do recommend writing down the return tracking number. thank -you Angela for replying. I’m not sure if anything else can be done but I felt really unacknowledged and upset that Kyle really didn’t care. You know returning items is not really a walk in the park esp this time of year! I don’t like to just put stuff in my mailbox because you don’t get a receipt or tracking and if it doesn’t make it back to HSN then I’m out my original item and my refund! So driving to the post office and waiting in line is necessary and it’s not exactly a fun trip! Besides the fact that I prob will never be able to get my original item that I ordered because it is sold out. Anyway I just wish they would of cancelled it then I would of had more time to find another gift and I wouldn’t have to go through the hassle of returning an item and I would of got 5 cash for the order not being filled! I just see post after post about items being cancelled and of course when it would of made sense to cancel it doesn’t happen!
