InstaCharge 3000mah; can i get a response?! Solution??
I received the InstaCharge Portable 3000mah as a gift from my mother. She is a HSN customer, i am too!! My charger worked great for the 1st week and i know theres a 90 warranty, however, i emailed the company about a week ago and still NO response!! So basically im trying to find out what we can do to get it replaced?! My mom didnt wanna have to send back all 3 chargers when just mine is deffective! The USB port on the charger is the issue! And id like to have a new one cause i love my portable charger! It is a great product and has saved me many times!! Thanks…
i sent my charger out to the company, and finally i received my new charger!! it was a hassle but mission completed!!! Thanks HSN.
surely theres gotta be a way we can do something? shes looking for the order number but she dont get on the web and watches HSN and orders from there…. im gonna send the company a not so nice email; how professional they cant even reply to an email!!!!
ill have to get it from my mom…. cant i just give you her name?
