I'm trying help!
It won’t let me buy a computer! I’m using a debit card. This is so angering, I’ve been trying for two days and it won’t let me. I’ve called my bank (seven times) and they said there was nothing wrong and I called hsn customer service and it still won’t work!!
@emily1998, I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble getting your order placed. Unfortunately it seems that your card is being declined for the purchase which is why it’s not going through. We’re unable to assist with placing orders via the Community so I’d recommend contacting us back at 800-933-2887 (8 AM to 1 AM EST) for assistance with placing the order. You may also want to have us verify that your card info is input on our end correctly as an incorrect digit, expiration date, or billing address could cause the decline.
They have already tried doing it over the phone and it didn’t work then either.
