I wasted all day waiting for a HSN UPS package to arrive which will not arrive
I purchased this item as a gift and I waited all day at home for the Aroma 4.7-Quart Turbo Air Fryer/Multicooker item # 613-965 to arrive by end of day today, 7/13/2018 only to be informed by UPS customer service via telephone communications, that not only will it not arrive today, but it will not arrive on Saturday, or on Monday 7/16/2018.
Truth be told UPS said they do not know nor can they guarantee when it will arrive…..
UPS stated it will remain stuck in Pennsylvania which is where it is now, and that is not consumer friendly nor acceptable.
HSN needs to give its customers more shipping option choices, and I for one prefer USPS because postal arrives when their web site states they should be expected to arrive bar any unforeseen dangerous weather conditions.
I am not pleased at all as time is money and I wasted all my time today waiting for a delivery which is stuck in Pennsylvania and UPS cannot state when I will receive my HSN UPS package.
If this item being electrical arrives damaged or defective I will post back and expect no return fees to be charged to me, and also expect HSN to arrange for a UPS carrier to cone with a prepaid UPS return label, and pick up from my hands the item and return it at no personal out of pocket return cost to me whatsoever.
Please reply advise acknowledge HSN customer service reps and thanks.

Many thanks HSN_Angela and I too hope when it does arrive there are no issues, damages or problems to arise during the 30 day HSN trail the gift recipient will have to try the item out.
If problems arise during the HSN 30 day try out period I will contact again and appreciate HSN waiving the return charges if this item needs to be returned within 30 days, and is not performing safely and satisfactorily.
