I want to speak to customer service!!
I played the spin2 win and won 250 points, then submitted an entry for the black purse(250 points) and it said there was a problem with the entry and to contact customer service. It said I had won and it said i had 250 points to use, so only became a problem when i hit submit!! I’ m upset if I ‘ ve wasted my time playing all for nothing!! Please solve this and give me back my 250 points!!
Everytime i send this, it just says “oops something went wrong” and then has the nerve to tell me to keep shopping at hsn! If this is the way they run it , I’ ll have to stop purchasing!! I’ m supposed to have $5 cash on account and that seems to have disappeared as well! Very disappointed!
I have been clicking everywhere, so where is this arcade team and can’ t you forward this to them! HSN should not run this program if it doesn’t work! Give me the 250 points I got please!
