i want my money back
I placed an order on february 17 for a computer desk top using flex pay the order was later canceled that same day and i still have not received my money its been 3-5 business days when i sign on bank of america it still says processing. Whats taking so long?
Is there any way that we can speed up the process please i was hoping to receieve the money back much sooner its been 6 days already since feb 17. Can you guys please contact my bank
, I’m sorry this is still showing as a pending authorization. Tomorrow would be the 5th business day so those funds should be available be the end of the day tomorrow. Your bank might be able to offer you more information on when the hold is scheduled to come off the account.
