I think the new e mail from HSN when you buy clearance items only is rude. It doesn’t matter if you buy clearance or the most expensive you are still a customer. And the customer is not stupid..we know there are new items and don’t need to be reminded of them if we only order clearance.
I’m sorry you feel the email you received was rude. It certainly was not intended that way.
My hubby wants one of these!!! Didn’t think I was going to get him out of BB&B without one. Guess now that I know they are worth having I’ll have to surprise him with one. LOL.
