I purchased the item in the color shown on HSN, & also shown below, but I was sent the wrong item.

I hope you can help me solve this unfortunate dilemma….
I ordered item 110-4288 as a Christmas gift to give to my Nephew since I already purchased another Christmas gift for him, but the HSN blue lap desk matched his other electronic device Christmas present perfectly.
Problem is what I received today via UPS delivery from HSN was a very dark almost blue black colored Lap Desk, and that hideous dead looking color is not what was pictured on HSN.com when I placed my order, as is clearly displayed below.
Here is what was displayed on HSN.com when I made my earlier purchase., and that was the color I was led to believe would arrive…
That lighter blue color was what I was led to believe would be what I would receive, and the reason I purchased it was because ithat specific blue color displayed on HSN.com was a beautiful perfect match to the electronic device I also purchased, so I thought both items together would make a great Christmas gift for a relaive.
What I received instread of that lovely lighter blue colored Lap Desk was a very deep almost blue black coloredL lap Desk and that Lap Desk does not match the color of my relative’s electronic device Christmas gift, but had HSN sent me the same beautiful light blue color they displayed for the item when I purchased it, then it would have been a definite exact match.
This item also did not arrive with an HSN prepaid easy return label, and being elderly taking public transportation to get the the Post Office would not be an easy task in the winter time since it is too cold for me to breathe with my Asthma, which is also wh and having to pay for insurance and shipping the return back to HSN would not be an easy task in this winter cold weather.
I feel every HSN item ordered should arrive with an HSN prepaid return shipping label which gives the HSN customer 2 options, USPS return and UPS return, so I can just hand either one back to either shipping carrier and know it will be returned to HSN in a timely manner.
Another irritation is on my HSN paper invoice there is no description or cost imprinted. It is all blank as far as description and $ prices.
Question: I can purchase the same colored wallpaper of that very light blue color of the lap desk shown on HSN and above, and cover the hideous dark blue almost black Lap Desk sent to me, but that would be a personal additional out of pocket cost of $7.00, so I would like to know if HSN would place $7.00 Spendable Kash back into my HSN.com spendable cash account, which still has $3.00 in it for a former price adjustment differential purchase. (Please advise reply asap, and many thanks).

I am sorry to hear the wrong color arrived for you. I would be happy to issue the credit for you to get this wallpaper. I added an even $10.00 to your Spendable Kash, which is there now for use.
