I never cancelled order
Ordered item 134-333 on 11/09/18 and confirmation received. I then received an email stating item would be delayed.An issue of a $3.00 shipping charge credit was honored. Today I received an e-mail stating my returned item was received and a credit of $33.67 was credited to my account. Again I never cancelled and according to my order status, my order is in process. Please advise.
Received a call from HSN about 30 minutes ago. They are sending my order out December 3rd. Please fix order status where it says refunded me on my credit card. They did not credit me what they said was a return. Also credit me $3.00 customer service credited on this order.
Just read some comments regarding not issuing refunds for orders not filled. My order status still shows order processing. It says nothing about credit issued . This better be fixed quickly or I will have to take action. What happened to HSN!!!
Do not understand. I received a confirmation. My order status says in process. What kind of nonsense is this. If I wanted to cancel an order it would be impossible after 12 midnight the day I placed the order. So you can cancel but we must follow your rules regarding cancellations. Not good.
