I don't why I even gave HSN a benefit of a doubt! OVERCHARGED MY BANK AGAIN
YET ONCE AGAIN and after complaining on another order! I fell in the same trap..I don’t know what this marketing sales SCAM is you all have but I am reporting it to the BBB!!! And Federal Trade Commission! It can not be legal any many customers are irrate! I had already sent back 3 orders! A sale seems like a great deal and even if you pay a good price, your account gets charged a whole other amount “with NO warning” now that is wrong!! I had seen DG2 jeans were on clearance and thought that would be safe never had problem there and really needed a pair! That was a joke, it said at check out they were $7.77 final ending amount from bank $8.08 however you all took $15 and change..”within 48 hours of my complaining of the same thing and leaving the company for it” I am done for good this time! But I need someone from HSN to do like before he said since I cancelled the order!! “we’ve sent a reverse authorization to your financial institution to let them know we won’t be collecting the funds for the purchase” since the order is cancelled, that did get my bank to get me the money back before the 72 hours. If I have to wait 72 hours for the credit in my account I am going to the BBB etc…this is so crooked and misleading and could in many cases cause accounts to bounce!!!!! You all are wrong for misleading customers!!!!!

I think a lot of us would like an answer as to why HSN is authorizing double the amounts on sale frenzy items, I know I would. The overcharge does not drop off at midnight, it’s taking 2-3 days. I too question the legality of doing business this way. Nowhere is this state clearly for customers.
@susanloveshsn, I’m sorry to hear that this happened to you again! The issue has been reported to our web team and they are currently investigating what is causing this to happen. I do show that your order has already been cancelled so a reverse authorization would have been sent to your financial institution automatically upon the cancellation taking place.
