I called last week
I called last week when I was suppose to recv the prai eagle and I recv a diamond dust item. They was suppose to refund the item I purchased and did not recv. To date it still has not been refunded. I still see it on flex pay. Please provide a refund
@judiwonder, I’m sorry to see you were sent the wrong item. I see where the return label was marked so you won’t be charged for the return. I have issued a refund of $8.99 back to your original method of payment. Please allow your bank 3-5 days to reflect these funds.
