I am very upset with hsn
I had my identity stolen., so my credit card was turned off and was unabl to pay my bill for a little while. I kept in touch with customer services gave up to date info on what was happening. April 8 th I paid my bill in full I have conformation number, and now I cannot order any thing plus because I had my billing address at my mothers house for safety reasons you people cut her off too. We have been very long time customers. Why is hsn telling my bill has not been paid, I followed customer serves advice. I want to know what’s going on.
I like Concierge. I have microfiber sheets, mattress pads, down alternative blankets and soft and cozy blankets. All of these items repel dirt and stains, easy to wash, and dry quickly. I’ve also given them as gifts and the recipients went on to buy other of their items. The items I have are anywhere from 2-3yrs old and the colors have remained the same. I’m planning on ordering the TS today cause I want to give the bedroom a new look. Hope I’ve been some help. Check out reviews and that might help you make up your mind about the Brand.
Hello MsJules …. I also love this brand ! ITZME is correct … I also have many sheet sets, mattress cover, pillows and comforter set from them…everything truly is the BEST. I don’t think you would have any regrets getting that set 🙂
