Hunter Air Cleaner
We bought this wonderful combination of air cleaners from HSN. We’re happy with the products.
The one unit, smaller tower has recently stopped working.
1) How do we find out if extended service was purchased at time of purchase through HSN.
It has been within a year or two of purchase?
2)If no warranty was purchased how do we find a reputable repair facility?
CONTACT HUNTER DIRECTLY. I HAD PROBS. WITH MY 2 (DIF. FROM YOURS) AND HUNTER WAS WONDERFUL(!) TO WORK WITH IN RESOLVING MY PROBS.
, sorry to see one of your units stopped working. We should be able to see if you purchased the extended warranty.
