
HUGE DELAY IN SHIPPING!, TRACKING IS NOT UPDATED!
-I purchased items on 06/19/17, shipped 06/23/17.
Lately takes 4-5 days to ship? Why?
-Under Order Status, show it shipped with tracking#, but tracking show nothing, even after a few days. UPS didn’t even get package yet, not in there system yet.
I have been with HSN for many years, but this doesn’t make it a good shopping experience.
Please fix the issue, Thanks

@lady81, I’m sorry to hear that there was a delay with the shipping of your orders from the 19th. According to our records, the items were shipped from our warehouse on the 21st and arrived at UPS’s facility on the 23rd. UPS currently is showing an expected delivery date on them for this coming Wednesday, the 28th.

@lady81 I’ve found that sometimes I can get more information by copying my tracking number into UPS’s website. Also, the transit time from HSN to UPS has speeded up recently. Many of my things ship from Piney Flats and it used to take 4 or 5 days to get to UPS in CA, then just another couple of days to get to me in AZ. Now the things are getting to CA in 2 days. I did have a strange issue this week when UPS said they’d made a mistake in sorting my package so it would be delayed at least a day. That was a new one for me.
