Thank you very much for your reply. I know what the problem is. However, when I found out that the POST OFFICE forwarded it to the wrong POST OFFICE…I was shocked! I’d spoken to 3 differenct people at the post office and all said the same thing. Although I understand HOW it occurred, it should have been an easy mistake to catch. I say that especially since I’d called them numerous times. HSN had me call UPS and UPS had me call HSN. Which did no good at all as I found out now it’s coming by "surepost".
Everyone I dealt with through HSN Customer Service was amazing and tried to help. Yet, this has been enormously frustrating. As I stated in the community post, the jacket that (I hope shows up soon) is yet to arrive I will be returning and wold appreciate not being charged return shipping fee. I only ordered a second jacket of the same color (Ruby Red) to make sure I was able to secure the color and size I needed.

I just checked online and did not see any Barr & Barr handbags. I have one satchel and love it.
