HSN – Worst Shopping Experience Ever
First I order a Dell Laptop Computer. It arrives broken (Wi-Fi connection is bad). HSN sends me a return shipping label. I ship it back to some place in CAMP HILL, PA, US. It was received by FORNWALT. Now I sit here and wait for my credit card to be credited only to call HSN customer service and told they never have recieved my return. Yet I have the UPS proof. WHAT A MESSED UP COMPANY. Please credit my credit card for my first flex play and I will never, and I mean never go near anything that has to do with HSN. You have made my life hell.
I agree!! The shipping is worse and worse!!
It took a month to get my presents for my husband and I ordered them well before christmas.
Now i have an order for a today’s special ordered on the 22nd and still no ship!!! How in God’s name can you have a today’s special and NOT SHIP IT????
Nothing but excuses from customer service. Just a lot of oh i’m sorry and we don’t know anything.
I think it is HIGHLY offensive that they lock the order down so you can’t cancel it after midnight but it is ok for them to take their time to ship it. Try to cancel and you get told no you can send it back. All I want is my stuff.
I ordered from QVC last week and I have it already. I suggest HSN gets a new logistics dept complete with tracking. I spend a lot of money here and I will stop except for my serious skin care. I’m done with the excuses and lies
Oh crap…..Now I am being told that my returned packaged to HSN must be in their system for 8 days before they will even process my refund. WTF…..is that 8 business days or a straight 8 days. I didn’t remember reading about the HSN 8 day screw you policy. You didn’t wait 8 days to charge my credit card. AJ

? I appreciate you taking the time to post your response but your friend was indeed referencing specific persons in her post in a passive way of course and I was one of them.
I felt there was nothing wrong with my response to the tone of that comment. I simply stated if one can’t be neutral and respectful in disagreeing one should mind one’s own business and not be a bully as it shall not work. The powers that be felt it was a reason to remove it. So be it.

I did not report the post ?, but I saw it. This is why I believe the mgr did not remove both posts:
The post by ? includes a fun play on words that did not reference anyone. “Samples” has been an ongoing topic in several threads around the forums. I do not believe she was talking about any specific poster at all.
