HSN – UNBELIEVABLE
I’M SO UPSET. JUST HANG UP THE PHONE WITH HSN REP. KATHLEEN.
I CALLED FOR PRICE ADJUSTMENT, AS I HAVE A FEW THINGS FROM JOY AND IMAN THAT I RECEIVED ALREADY AND OR ON WAIT LIST. SO, HSN IS NOT DOING PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR SHIPPING. SO I HAVE LOST CLOSE TO $30 JUST ON SHIPPING AS I PAID FOR IT, BUT NOW IT’S FREE SHIPPING. I HAVE BEEN WITH HSN FOR YEARS, LIKE MANY OF US. BUT I THINK IT’S TIME FOR ME TO SAY GOODBY. WITH MY FRIENDS AND CO WORKERS WHO I HAVE INTRODUCED TO HSN BACK IN THE OLD DAYS. WELL, NOW MY GLASS JUST GOT FULL WITH THE SERVICE. OH, I FORGOT APRIL IS “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION MONTH” , REALLY, THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO SHOW.
I’m very sorry for the disappointment with this, Lady81. We’ve never included the shipping in our price guarantee policy and only honor the actual item price if it drops. Your feedback is important though, and I will make sure this is forwarded to our leadership teams.
