HSN. Terrible customer service.
I just spoke to CS rep wanting to exchange my Robert Mense “jalan indah” white topaz cuff for the blue topaz cuff. At the same price I paid for the white last week. She spoke with her supervisor, he said they are different item numbers and cannot be exchanged. One Is a larger carat size? I’d course it is. I’m furious. I ordered two last week and two different designs
this week. Will be sending a few (most) back due to this experience.

Bali Designs fans take heed. No exchanges of same Bracelet cuff in a different stone.
I’m sorry for the disappointment with this exchange process. Unfortunately exchanges can only be done for the same item and no substitutes can be placed. If you want the different color and item, you would need to return what you have and place new orders for the new item. I’m sorry I didn’t have better news to share.
