HSN Profile Photo…HELP NEEDED
For a little over two weeks I’ve been trying to get an issue resolved. When I click on "account" I can see the photo that was posted. However, where the photo is to be larger…in the area for the profile photo, it’s NOT there at all. I’ve contacted customer service numerous times. The gal I’ve been in contact with the most is a supervisor. Her name is Amber. She’s wonderful! Even she said this issue is very unusual. She has told me she emailed a few times to the folks that are the ones that find solutions to issues like this. When Amber says she’ll call back with how things are progressing (or not progressing) she ALWAYS does as she says. Integrity goes a long way with me and I’m grateful to her for keeping her word. In spite of all calls and emails…no resolution has been discovered. It’s the SAME photo I’ve always used. Amber called this evening and I was out so missed her call. Yet, she left me a detailed message. So, starting a new thread on the HSN Customer Service area is what was suggested as there’s always an HSN moderator to answer questions. You folks have ALWAYS found solutions to any difficulty we’ve ever encountered.Yet, this issue has not only us ‘stumped’, but seems to be proving difficult to the team there. If you can help get this resolved, I’d be forever grateful.

Hi Lady4Peace, I’m sorry for the frustration you’re having. If you wouldn’t mind taking a moment and uploading your photo again, I’ll see if I can determine what is causing this issue.
