HSN not able to fill orders – so why do you continue to take them?
I just received yet another recorded call that an order I placed yesterday, due to “overwhelming response”, may or may not be filled. This has happened to me several times over the years, and it’s really an unacceptable business practice. When I placed the order, it was not on waitlist and wasn’t even close to being sold out. It was in good faith. So why is it suddenly not available? Why did you continue to take orders even hours later? If you take an order, it should be filled! If you can’t trust that your merchandise will be available, then why bother? I’m beginning to wonder!
