HSN needs to drop UPS
UPS is nothing but a trouble maker of a delivery service. They are holding onto an $800 laptop and have had it since Saturday. They are “supposed” to deliver tomorrow. Yet, anything remotely cheap, they deliver right away. You can’t talk to their customer service, because all you get is “I’m sorry” and “I understand your frustration”. They don’t take care of problems. There are lots of complaints against them too. Please consider using Fed Ex, DHL, and USPS…or at least, give customers the option of choosing a delivery service. Dealing with UPS is like talking to a brick wall. Thank you.
I will forward your feedback about us offering a faster delivery option to our warehouse teams. I also checked your order for you and everything looks fine, the 7th business day for expected delivery is 10/02/2016, so this is still on schedule and should arrive soon!
