HSN needs an easier formula for customers to easily track their HSN returns
This is my humble opinion as an HSN consumer
I would also greatly appreciate if the name of the HSN returned item is also written in on the return tracking information instead of just the very long number.
That would certainly simplify everything rather than go back and forth to find out the # and learn what return was received by HSN, because that wastes too much effort, and too much valuable time.
Making methods easier makes for return satisfied customers and that means a larger profitability margin for HSN, and a happier HSN consumer experience.
I would appreciate an HSN Customer Service reply advisement, and many thanks.
