HSN Manager W.P. Spiralizer was received but received posted negative review so please advise asap
Hi HSN Manager:
I purchased this in good faith after watching the live HSN Televised Presentations all day, and believed it would be quite easy to use, and work quite well, just as presented by HSN on live television.
I purchased it as a gift for an elderly neighbor who has arthritis and is pn a fixed income, so I though it would work just as presented and make life ewasier for him, bit evidently that is not the case according to the 1st HSN Member’s product review, which was very negative, and item is being returned to HSN as defective.
Evidently this item did not work a demonstrated, nor as easily as promised on live TV.
In view of this I cannot gift this item as intended to a friend, so please read below and advise asap, and many thanks in advance.
#1) Can HSN cancel this item now so it does not ship out to me and give me a full refund of what I originally paid for the item, and refund me back to my original method of payment?
#2) Just in case if does arrive, if delivered to my door and I am home can I refuse it so the carrier writes refused and returns it back to HSN unopened, and I still get my HSN full refund of my original price I paid for the item refunded in full back to my Visa Card by HSN?
#3) In case the item is delivered in my absence does this Product arrive with with an EZ return label so I can just fill everything in and then hand it to UPS or USPS to scan it in, and send it back as defective and get my full refund back to my original method of payment?
HSN Manager please advise which is the best way to return it since I cannot gift it as planned if it does not operate easily and operate exactly as presented and promised during all of the Today’s SPecials live presentations?
I really hate wasting my time, energy and $ giving gifts to people only for them to be returned back to me as defective, so I prefer not to take a chance and gift this item since the 1st HSN Member already gave a very negative does not work as presented review, destroyed all their vegetables and fruits, and is also sending it back as defective for a full refund.
HSN Manager please reply asap, and many thanks in advance.
Thanks Ryan so I will accept it and then use the easy return label to return it , but I will also try out one piece of fruit and vegetable I have, since I have no intention of having all my produce ruined in the process of trying to use larger batches of fruit and vegetable produce in this spiralizer.
Under no circumstances will I gift this item Ryan, in case it really does not work as promised, or does not work properly as demonstrated on public tv when doing larger batches of fruits and vegetables as the other member stated in their product review, but I will use the EZ return label to return it for a full refund back to my original method of payment,, and thanks Ryan for your suggestion.
