HSN is a rip off!!
Placed an order and they cancelled it but charged my card for the payment. When I called they said the type of card I used wasn’t an approved one yet they charged it $360. Had to ask for a supervisor to immediate return the funds back to my acccount. Tried to place the order using a different card and the website kept timing out and cancelling my order but it charged my credit card four times. Called back and they said it would take 72 hours to get my money back. ?! It took about two minutes for HSN to charge me $400 and then reject my order but it’s going to take them three days to give me back my money? DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible customer service!!
@customer79, I’m sorry to hear there was an issue with your orders going through. I do show that we already put through a reverse authorization to your financial institution for the orders so you would just be waiting on your financial institution to process the reverse authorization at this point. I truly apologize for any inconvenience.
