HSN, If you don’t have enough of a product, why do you keep airing it?

Lo and behold, the order did not start processing at midnight. I received an email that this item was on Extended Delivery..Early. In. The. Day.
HSN if you don’t physically have the product in your warehouse, why are you selling it? Yet another Extended Delivery item. You don’t think very much of your customers, do you?
It’s a couple of weeks before Christmas. Maybe, just maybe this was a gift. My goodness, why is it always about the bottom line with Corporate America, of which you are part.
I am so not happy.
, I’m sorry for your disappointment. Items are listed as Extended Delivery when we’ve ordered the item and we’re just waiting to get them at our warehouse so we can ship them out to our customers. We try to inform our customers an item is on Extended Delivery by announcing this above the “ADD TO BAG” option on the product page.
Hi , when the AutoShip option is available, it will appear on the Product Page. If there’s a specific Anna Griffin item you have in mind, let me know the item # and I’ll check if it’s available for that option.
